Through partnerships with Jobs for Lebanon, they focused on providing comprehensive training and matching volunteers with suitable opportunities. Their collaboration under SJIP has transitioned from occasional crisis relief efforts to a structured partnership focused on providing comprehensive training to volunteers, enhancing their soft skills for professional success in the MENA region.

This collaboration has yielded significant impacts, including successful matching of over 8,000 volunteers with relevant opportunities, connecting over 100 individuals with job opportunities in high-demand fields, contributing to cost savings of $3,000,000 for local authorities, and reaching approximately 1,500,000 individuals in Lebanon. Moreover, it has created an efficient talent pool of dedicated volunteers, catered to diverse organizations including Start-Ups, SMEs, and NGOs, and fostered partnerships across various sectors and entities.
