In 2017, Rabih and Fadi, both passionate educators, embarked on a journey to make a positive impact on their community. Recognizing the potential of collaboration, they joined forces and launched a collaborative effort between RATRACCC, a renowned fresh white cheese producer, and the Public Vocational School of Aljatoun. Together, they aimed to revolutionize dairy education, offering students specialized training programs, hands-on experience, and access to industry expertise.

Through a tailored curriculum and internship opportunities, students gained practical skills in dairy production, empowering them for entrepreneurship and contributing to the growth of the local dairy industry.

This unique partnership not only equipped students with marketable skills but also fostered economic empowerment and community sustainability.

By generating revenue from product sales and reducing dependency on external funding, the initiative ensured its long-term viability. Moreover, through collaborations with government and NGOs, and internship programs, it bridged the gap between education and industry, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and mutual benefit within the community.
